Newom specializes in the manufacture of various units/skids for the transfer, filtration, preheating, and heat exchange of liquids and gases. In addition, we produce tanks, expansion vessels, pumping and feed units for both heavy and light fuels as well as natural gas. Our product range also includes cooling liquid units, along with their main lines and distribution manifolds. Equipment manufacturing includes welding of the frame structure and piping, assembly, electrical work, pipe insulation and packaging. The equipment leaves us fully tested.

Products

Liquid Cooling Systems, Heat Exchangers, Piping, and Distribution Manifolds

We have experience with liquid cooling units ranging from 30 kW to 300 kW, using stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and plastic as materials.

Example Case: An electrical system with a power output of 1 MW has a heat loss of approximately 2–3%, meaning that around 30 kW of cooling capacity is required. The largest heat exchanger unit we manufacture is 300 kW, which can handle electrical systems with a power output of up to 10 MW.

The heat exchanger unit can be flexibly installed, for example, integrated with electrical systems or in a separate equipment room. We also have experience with sea water heat exchangers.

Cooling of electrical equipment is required in applications such as:

  • Energy storage systems
  • Inverter drives
  • Data centers (100kW of electricity consumption produces 100kWh of thermal power)
  • Wind turbines
  • Transformers
  • High-power chargers
